The April 30, 2026 Immigration Practitioner Centre Continuing Professional Development Seminar’s Event Title is ‘AI Tools for Marketing, Client Engagement, and Immigration Law Processes’.

This seminar is the first in a two-part CPD series focused on the use of Artificial Intelligence and technology in an immigration practice. The series continues on October 1, 2026, with each seminar running for two hours.

  • Neha Batta, RCIC-IRB provides practical insight into the effective use of AI tools for marketing, client engagement, and immigration law processes.

During the first one-hour segment, the presentation focuses on AI tools for marketing and client engagement. During the second one-hour segment, the presentation addresses AI tools for immigration law processes.

Each segment concludes with a dedicated Question-and-Answer session.
This two-part AI series equips Immigration Practitioners with practical strategies for integrating emerging technologies into their practice.

Neha Batta

AI tools for Immigration Law Processes

Neha Batta is a seasoned Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) with several years of experience navigating the complexities of Canadian immigration law. She holds a Certificate in Immigration: Law, Policies, and Procedures from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s degree in Technology.

Neha is the owner of Orion Immigration Services, and with a deep understanding of Canadian immigration policies and procedures, she provides consulting services to individuals, families, and businesses on a wide range of immigration matters. Over the past 17+ years, she has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in various domains, including Education, Customer Service, Aerospace, Customer Experience Management, Banking, and E-commerce.

As an immigrant herself, Neha understands the challenges of moving to a new country and the emotional weight it carries. She approaches each case with empathy and understanding, recognizing the profound impact immigration decisions can have on her clients' lives.

Beyond her work as an immigration consultant, Neha is actively involved in the immigration and immigrant communities. Breaking barriers, encouraging women to pursue careers in Technology, mentoring women to grow into leadership positions at work, and integrating immigrants into the Canadian work environment are some of the causes Neha is passionate about.
