These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AshtonLive service, including all functionalities, features, streaming services, audio, video, written media, downloadable files, website links, user interfaces, and all content and software provided by AshtonLive (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using AshtonLive, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to you by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 19 years of age to use the Services.
You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction when accessing the Services.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and as permitted by AshtonLive. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Unauthorized access or attempted access to systems or accounts.
- Introducing viruses, overloading, spamming, or otherwise interfering with the Services.
- Scraping, harvesting, or using bots to manipulate usage or payouts.
- Posting, uploading, or transmitting unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory content.
- Commercial promotion, self-promotion, or posting of irrelevant links.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and to remove unlawful or harmful content.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. If you register, you must provide a valid email address and keep your information current.

We may offer you AshtonLive or third-party products and services based on your preferences unless you opt out.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use. AshtonLive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for video streaming and related purposes.
If you access paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees and maintain valid payment information.
Digital content may be available on a subscription, pay-per-view, rental, or purchase basis. Subject to payment of applicable fees, AshtonLive grants you a limited, personal licence to view the content for the period indicated (recordings remain accessible for one year after the livestream date, unless otherwise specified).
We cannot guarantee streaming quality, which depends on factors such as your internet connection, device, and location.
Except as required by law,
all sales are final and non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory cancellation or refund rights under British Columbia’s
Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Receipts will be emailed to your registered account.
We welcome feedback, but please do not submit unsolicited creative ideas, inventions, or suggestions. If you choose to do so, you agree that:
- Submissions become the property of AshtonLive.
- You waive any moral rights in such submissions under the Canadian Copyright Act.
- We may use them for any purpose without compensation to you.
All content, trademarks, trade names, software, graphics, and interfaces are the property of AshtonLive or its licensors and are protected under Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of the Services or its content without written permission.
If the Services include downloadable software or apps, AshtonLive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use such software solely in connection with the Services.
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the software. Upon termination of this licence, you must delete all copies in your possession.

Your notice must include:
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
- Identification of the copyrighted work and the infringing material.
- The URL or location of the infringing material.
- Your contact details.
- A statement under penalty of perjury of your good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
Submitting false claims may result in liability under the Copyright Act (Canada).
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, security of transmissions, or accuracy of content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AshtonLive and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for gross negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.
Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AshtonLive, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services,
- Your User Generated Content, or
- Your breach of these Terms.
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including account notices, updates, and promotional messages. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
- You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia, Canada.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in full effect.
- Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
- You may not assign these Terms.
These Terms create obligations only between you and AshtonLive and confer no rights on any third parties.
