The April 9, 2026 Immigration Practitioner Centre Continuing Professional Development Seminar’s Event Title is ‘AI Tools for Marketing, Client Engagement, and Immigration Law Processes’.

This seminar is the first in a two-part CPD series focused on the use of Artificial Intelligence and technology in an immigration practice. The series continues on October 1, 2026, with each seminar running for two hours.

  • Eduardo Silva, RCIC provides practical insight into the effective use of AI tools for marketing, client engagement, and immigration law processes.

During the first one-hour segment, the presentation focuses on AI tools for marketing and client engagement. During the second one-hour segment, the presentation addresses AI tools for immigration law processes.

Each segment concludes with a dedicated Question-and-Answer session.
This two-part AI series equips Immigration Practitioners with practical strategies for integrating emerging technologies into their practice.

Eduardo SIlva 

RCIC 

AI Tools for Marketing and Client Engagement
AI tools for Immigration Law Processes

Eduardo Silva is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and holds a Bachelor of Law Enforcement Studies from the Justice Institute of British Columbia.

He completed his studies in Immigration Law at the University of British Columbia and in Human Rights and Forced Displacement at the United Nations University.

Eduardo is also a certified mediator in Canada, with experience in negotiation and advanced dispute resolution. He is a specialist in strategic planning and continuous improvement and has worked in this capacity for the Government of Saskatchewan for over four years. Additionally, he has experience working for law firms in the immigration and commercial sectors.
