As a past educator and former founder of her own language school in Montreal, Jennifer turned to the legal field of immigration over five years ago as an RCIC-IRB.

 She now runs a successful practice in Toronto while servicing clients across the country and abroad. Her passion in working with complex and difficult cases is what motivates her in her day-to-day work – the more difficult the puzzle, the more intriguing the case. Jennifer regularly represents clients in front of the Appeal Board and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.

 While rightfully representing her clients and seeing them achieve their immigration objectives against all odds has become her key priority, she also has the objective of offering her expertise and knowledge to other practitioners and students in upholding the integrity of the field of immigration law. Outside of her practice, Jennifer dedicates her time as a Citizen Member on the City of Mississauga Governance Committee.

 She also offers her time as guest speaker at numerous newcomer centres and educational institutions on the topics of various immigration matters. Additionally, she contributes a small portion of her time in addressing immigration issues and questions through videos on social media and YouTube. When not working, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. She is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.

Al Parsai is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. He runs a successful business in downtown Toronto, Ontario, with many employees.

Al is also the author of "88 Tips on Immigration to Canada." As a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants and the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants, Al has represented hundreds of applicants from more than 35 countries to the Canadian immigration authorities.

He has extensive experience as an author, trainer, and public speaker. Over the past 20 years, Al has written ten books and hundreds of articles and has delivered numerous courses, workshops, and speeches in four different countries.

After several years of practicing immigration law in downtown Vancouver, Johann moved his law practice home to Greater Vancouver’s City of Port Moody where he founded Contreras Law in 2017. 

​After earning his first degree, Johann worked as a self-employed University Student Tutor, helping students achieve their academic goals before starting law school.   

Since becoming a lawyer, Johann has assisted clients with IRCC, IRB, and Federal Court of Canada matters. 

As an experienced immigration lawyer, other immigration lawyers, and immigration consultants, often reach out to Johann for advice and for help with their files, and he has presented different immigration topics to various groups. His ability to explain complex concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms is often cited as one of his strengths by his colleagues.

Valeriy (Larry) Kozyrev is a family lawyer who practices immigration and family law in Toronto and North York.

Mr. Kozyrev has been actively involved in the immigration industry since 2006 and has assisted clients from all over the world in immigrating to Canada.

He represents clients at the IRB (Immigration and Refugee Board), aiding refugee claimants, sponsorship appellants, and resolving inadmissibility issues.

Mahsa immigrated to Canada at the age of 16 from Iran. She holds a BA degree in Psychology and Gender, Sexuality, and Women Studies from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia. She also completed her Immigration Consultant Diploma in March 2020 from Ashton College in downtown Vancouver. She started her own immigration business in January 2021 after successfully passing her Entry to Practice Exam.

Mahsa provides services in many areas of immigration, refugee, and citizenship and she has been representing clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada for the past two years. Mahsa has been a tutor/mentor for the past 10 years and she is excited to curate her passion for teaching and affinity for immigration.
