Craig is a partner at EY Law LLP in Vancouver. Craig has contributed to many different panels and working groups in Canada and abroad. He has served as an immigration expert at Global Affairs Canada conferences, was a member of the City of Vancouver’s economic trade team during the London 2012 Olympics and has spoken on industry hot topics at the Canadian Embassy in Tokyo. Over his career, Craig has been a voice at the negotiation table around work permit-related categories. This includes working on the Digital Media LMIA variation in 2013, and the Global Skills Strategy in 2017. Craig also sat on the immigration sub-committee of the BC Labour Market Partners & Workforce Development for Technology initiative. 

Craig has been recognized by Who’s Who Legal in their Corporate Immigration and Canadian Lawyers listings since 2011. He was the chair of the Canadian Bar Association’s British Columbia Immigration Section from 2007 to 2009. Craig is also actively involved in legal education. He taught the temporary foreign workers module for the University of British Columbia’s Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies, and Procedures program from 2009 to 2019, and has co-chaired the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia’s biennial conference on temporary foreign workers since 2007.

Alexandra Callinan has been a lawyer since 2019. Prior to attending law school, she worked at the Operations Support Centre and the Case Management Branch at the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship (IRCC) national headquarters in Ottawa. Currently, Alexandra is an Associate at Mamann Sandaluk & Kingwell LLP, where her practice primarily focuses on corporate immigration matters. 

Alexandra's dedication to her clients, her practice, and her role as an educator are inspired by her years of experience working at the IRCC, as well as her own family's journey as immigrants and refugees coming to Canada.

Shiwani Sagar is an RCIC-IRB, post-secondary instructor, and marketing professional whose experience spans immigration law, international student advising, digital marketing, and adult education. She is also a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits in Ontario, reflecting her commitment to professionalism, ethics, and public service. 

Shiwani currently works at the University of Niagara Falls Canada, supporting international students through immigration and academic transitions, while also operating an active immigration practice advising clients on temporary and permanent residence pathways. As an RCIC-IRB, she is authorized to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and is passionate about helping newcomers navigate complex systems with clarity, confidence, and dignity. She also volunteers with community organizations focused on settlement, mentorship, and digital literacy for newcomers and immigrant women. 

Prior to immigration consulting, Shiwani worked as a Digital Marketing Expert at Meta, supporting small and medium-sized businesses with digital advertising and social media strategies. She has since led marketing initiatives across multiple industries, bringing hands-on expertise in ethical marketing, audience engagement, and business development that directly informs her approach to practice-building in a regulated profession. 

Alongside her consulting and advising work, Shiwani is a passionate educator who has taught adult learners in both live-online and in-person post-secondary settings. At GeorgianILAC College, she designed and delivered professional development training for instructors on integrating AI tools into educational environments. Her teaching philosophy centres on practical, engaging instruction that bridges theory and real-world application while preparing learners to navigate professional responsibility with confidence.
